Promethean IT is a New York-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm helping growing companies modernize their technology stack — from 24/7 helpdesk support and cloud platform management to AI workflow automation and SOC 2 compliance readiness. With a full website relaunch on the horizon, they needed a comprehensive video content library to anchor it: five videos and a professional team photo session, built to live on the new site from launch day. The brief called for breadth — a company overview, a service-specific explainer, a cybersecurity-focused piece, and two client testimonials — plus the flexibility to use all of it across ongoing marketing. The client was in SoHo, New York. The production team was in Chandler, Arizona.

Seven deliverables shipped alongside PRMT's website relaunch: a company overview video to anchor the homepage, a Managed IT Services explainer, a cybersecurity-focused piece, two client testimonials (Bethany and Mark), a B-roll package for ongoing social and sales use, and a professional team photography session across their SoHo office. Every asset went live on the new site from day one — real content built around their people, their clients, and the way they actually work. The production model proved repeatable too: a remote-led, locally-executed approach that hits the quality bar without the travel budget.
