LOOK was founded by professionals who came up through live events, marketing agencies, and production — and share one conviction: there is no more powerful tool available to a business than video done well. That belief is what brought us together and what still drives every project we take on.

Hayden co-founded LOOK and has run it since day one. As Executive Producer, he owns client relationships, budget accountability, and final delivery — and is directly involved in every project we take on.

Lear co-founded LOOK and runs operations. He handles the distribution side of production — platform strategy, SEO structure, and content deployment — and is involved on projects where distribution is part of the brief from the start, not figured out after delivery.

James handles video strategy — message architecture, format decisions, and campaign framing before a project goes to production. He works on projects where the goal is a specific business outcome, not just a finished video.

Niko is LOOK's Director of Photography. On set, he controls light, camera, and composition — translating creative briefs into images. He's been the DP on the majority of LOOK's client work since the company started.

Parker manages the studio and produces LOOK's internal content. From keeping the physical space running to managing the brand content calendar, he handles the operational side of how LOOK shows up as a company.

Santi edits the majority of LOOK's client work. He takes what comes back from the shoot and shapes it into the final film — pacing, structure, and rhythm. His work is what most clients see delivered.

Every LOOK project has a dedicated director. We don't assign work to whoever is free — we match the right creative mind to the right story. That's not a tagline. It's how we actually staff every production.

We own our gear. No rental markups.
Our fleet includes Sony cinema cameras, a complete grip package, and a full lighting kit. When your budget stays with us, it goes toward creative, not equipment rental fees and markups.

Our gear budget stays in-house so your production budget stays on screen. We care where the video lands and how it performs — and track that seriously.
